In the main applications menu some options disappear if you select a program or a folder.
This patch shows all of them, allowing you to rename applications and creating sub-folders inside folders. When this patch is activated it is applicable to all menus on phone. Also note that all the hidden items get shown but the owning application hasn't activated them and will not respond to it.
So please stop complaing about this.
