Currently, I'm using a N95SD(non-8GB), which does not come with a message counter for SMS. I needed it badly, cos I always exceed my SMS quota, which is being packaged in my service plan.

My friend passed me one, called PBC SMSCONTROL. This software must be kept 'on standby' for it to work, meaning I cannot 'exit' it, after I opened it. If not, the counter will not run.

Now, this is the nightmare!!! With that 'on standby', the batt consumption is terribly high. I can say it higher than talktime consumption. An hour or so will cause the batt to drop by at least 2 bars.

If there's any kind soul, who can direct me to where I can get another similar software, I really thank you.
